Please continue praying to Our Lady of Guadalupe to intercede for the closing of the Greenville abortion facility. God knows the perfect time. His ways are not our ways. We just need to be faithful. 40 Days for Life, an ecumenical prayer campaign to end abortion, began in College Station, Texas. It has expanded not only nationally, but internationally since its inception in 2007. The first campaign begins on Ash Wednesday for 40 days of Lent. Prayer, fasting and public vigil at the abortion facility are key components. The National Organization requires anyone participating in a campaign sign a promise to conduct themselves in a peaceful, respectful manner. Many believe the Holy Spirit is using this movement to end abortion and at the same time bring people of many faiths together. JUBILEE YEAR OF MERCY Dec. 8, 2015 - Nov. 20, 2016

I Shall Fight All Evil With The Weapon of Mercy Diary 745

I was so enveloped in the great interior fire of God's love and the desire to save souls. I feel I am all aflame. I shall fight all evil with the weapon of mercy. I do this through prayer and sacrifice.

Please join us every Wednesday from Feb.17th until March 16th at the Parish Center conference room at 7:00 pm. Cost is $15.00 to cover materials. Please sign up in the Narthex or in the Parish Center lobby by February 4th.

Father in heaven, we thank you for the gift of Your Son, Jesus Christ, present in the Blessed Sacrament. We thank you that not only are we able to receive Jesus in the Eucharist everyday at Mass, if we choose, but we are able to adore and worship Him everyday in the Adoration Chapel here at St. Paul the Apostle Parish. We thank you Lord for the vision, desire and perseverance of all those who were involved in the opening of the Chapel on August 1, 1995 and who even now, continue to sustain it. We thank You for the scheduled adorers who live close by and those who come from a distance, as well as the substitutes and many drop-ins. We ask You to bless them all. Lord, we are in a new era and are seeking new adorers to cover needed hours. Open the hearts of Your people, both young and old. Give them the desire to draw closer to You and grow in holiness. Help those who currently do not participate see the beauty of spending regular quiet time with You in adoration. Let the chapel be filled continuously. Please Lord, renew our faith in You. Give us hearts filled with so much love for You that we would long to be in Your presence. Jesus, we trust in You. Mary, Mother of Divine Mercy, pray for us.
