REQUEST FROM ST. PAUL THE APOSTLE SCHOOL

Monday, September 14, 2015

As we begin this new school year, we ask you, our parishioners, our stakeholders, to keep the success of our parish school in your prayers.  We, also, offer you a number of ways in which you can help the school - ways which will not cost you a penny!

          1.  BoxTops for Education:  These box tops are

printed on the packages of many products you buy at the

grocery store.  The school will receive $.10 for each one that we collect and turn in.  We have received over $1,000.00!  Clip them and bring them to the school or drop an envelope in the collection plate.

          2.  Recycling aluminum cans:  The can cage is located on the side of the Parish Center.  Please only add aluminum drink cans - no bags or other items. Mr. Blas Miyares turns the can collection in for cash as the cage fills.

          3.  Grocery store loyalty cards:  Publix cards are available in the school lobby or in the lobby of the Parish Center. The school receives cash from Publix.  For Bi-Lo and Ingles you must get your card at the store andregister it to St. Paul

Catholic School.  The school earns "points" which we can spend through the store catalog to purchase supplies.

          4.  Shoparoo!:  This is a free app you can download onto your phone. You simply take a picture of your receipts from grocery/drug stores to earn cash, and from other stores to earn sweepstakes entries.

Thank you to all who are already participating in theses efforts. We hope to encourage more of you to help!
